Recently i got a set a takeoff rims/tires from a trans am. It came with 245/50 Z rated goodyear GS/C (not sure about that, but they are goodyear's). the problem is that i can spin these tires, my old tires were 245/50 cooper cobra GTH's, and when they were new i would never be able to to spin them on days like i spin my new ones (90 degree weather) I have them inflated to 30 psi, so i don't think that that has anything to do with it. Should i maybe get them rebalanced, i just didn't want to spend the money to get them rebalance if it wasn't going to solve anything. i'm upset because the last time i went to the track i was spinning bad when i was running the time's in my sig, so i figured new tires would solve the problem and possibly get in into the 15's (if not it would be close). thanks for any help.

Rebalancing won't fix traction problems, GSC's just aren't grippy tires... sorry man. :(2002 5-spd NBM Camaro
