  • best addition for less than $200 to reduce..

I'm trying to find out what the best thing to do to my car so that cornering without so much body roll would be possible (everyone knows Camaros are those slow down over bumps, turns, etc.)

what would you guys suggest? I really wanna do this to my car b4 I do any of the engine mods.

I know you said less than $200, but save an extra $100 and do...

    Bilstein HD shocks. $300.

      Get some SubFrame Connectors.
Kenny Brown Double Diamond are supposed to be the best, but they're a little over 200. BMR has some other ones that are in the 100s.

right now i'm not really sure what I wanna do.

I am planning on getting the strut tower brace in the future already. I've heard it's an easy install and tightens up the front of the car nicely, but i wasn't quite sure about the sub frame connectors.

what do you guys think makes more of a difference? some people have already told me to stay away from the shocks, so i'm not too sure about that. any suggestions would be helpful.

If your Camaro is a coupe, don't waste your money on SFCs. If it's a Covertible, do them now. If it's a T-Top car... put them on the list, and do them later..

If you want to kill that body roll go with the shocks, see how they feel, and then upgrade sway bars after that if you're looking for more.

Do a search on this forum for sway bars and get an idea of the issues involved. Then learn more. Sway bars are a bad mod unless you know what you're doing.

SFCs are a sure good thing.

1LE 32/21mm swaybars are a great mod with the stock suspension - as is the strut tower brace from BMR for $89 or less. I own both.

strut tower brace and poly bushing and poly endlinks for stock sway bars is probably the cheapest but most effective for about $200
