is he really a mechanic? most places would charge you close to 400 just for the headers. he must owe you a big favor. great deal though.

OMG, MY CAR HANDLES BETTER THEN MY DADS VETTE, i love it, headers are great, i love the sound, pace setters with my 3 inch hi flow cat , 3 inch catback with flowmaster, ram air, sounds sick. loud, but most of all, when i take my dads vette out racing, it handles good but he lowered it so its real harsh ride, so raised it up 1/4 inch from the 2 inch drop he had and it is now softer, but when i compair mine to his, mine is soooo much niceer, smooth ride, not hard like i thought it would be. now, i got 30 miles almost home, and guess what..... my brand new msd wire burned out on me, headers heated up a wire, had sparks when i took that wire off when i did a full check. running on 5 cylinders sucks major ***,so i just put my stock one back on, runs fine but im not gonna drive it untill the new boot head sheild wrap things come in. they were 50 bucks, but now i need to contact thunderracing and see if they can hook me up with just one wire instead of buying the whole set.

get this also, all the stuff thunderracing shipped me, boxes destroyed, missing a few bushings, shocks were scratched up, sway bars werent padded other then wraped with some thin padding, but placed with eachother in one box, litle scratches, i was very disapointed in them with the horribnle packing job.

now since i have 17 inch rims on front and 18 on rear, rear is low and sick lookin, front didnt lower much, but i was told it takes a few months till springs settle. ill get some pictures and videos up asap after its fixed and running right. i new i needed angled boots for the wires, but someone on here told me, get the mds superconductors and the part number, so i didnt, bought them, and burned up a wire, whoever that was, THANKS DUDE!!! but its cool, i should have done more research first.

and as far as my machanic, this dude works on our vette, my camaro, our V10 dodge, and my moms van, and all my friends and some guys from work, he loves our buisness, OUR as me and my dad, if this dude ****s somthin up, he fixes it, if we want somethin on our cars, he hooks us up on price cus all the buisness we send his way, he has a small garage, but he works 6 days a week, ****, in two days, he made 435 off me, and im comin back soon with subframe connectors, and eventually a Nitrous kit. he custom made a ramair setup on the vette, and helped me make on for my car too.

gotta love how this is like, a book long, SORRY GUYS,but it answered all questions i think, keep on responding i need all the advise i can get.

o yea, the antisquat brackets dont fit......

o and he went from 65 a header, to, almost 4 hours after getting my car, calls me and tells me he finally got one of the manifolds off, and he was sorry but he would have to raise to 100 a header, but i told him, dude, ur hookin me up, dont worry bout it... so one day he got headers on, next day (today) did my suspension.
