Hi guys, long time reader, I (think) first time poster. I have a 98 and I'm getting some steering noise. It makes a low-volume popping noise when I move it sharply to the left and right off center. It will do it whether the car is moving or not. I'm thinking that my steering shaft coupling has one of its joints going bad. Has anyone else experienced this noise or the problem? Thanks for the help in advance.
