Just like the title says, how many miles should I expect out of my 01's stock pads?

Depends. On your driving pattern (city, highway, stop and go, etc.) And on your driving style (gentle stops, agressive stops).

Wow, 85k on stock pads? Insane ... I have an A4, and my fronts started squeaking at 30k miles!!
