What exactly is the difference between F41 "SUSPENSION SYSTEM, FRT, RR, FIRM RIDE, HANDLING" and FE7 "SUSPENSION SYSTEM, FRT & RR HD, VAR 3." Which is better?

F41 is the RPO for the V6 suspension. The FE7 is the Showroom Stock suspension, advanced version of the 1LE Autocross suspension.
