how good are lower control arms?

how good are lower control arms on stock? and are they worth $110 plus shipping?

with stock or near to stock power preventing wheel hop is not a huge problem, start saving up for some subframe connectors, i got some from umi for 130 and another 125 for install but noticed a big differnce. save up and buy some subframe connectors, they will give you the most improvement, instead of cheap less helpful ones like lca, phr, and stb. im not saying they are not helpful, but on a stock car they are not going to make that much of a difference, unless you are auto crossing or drag racing

is there an improvement in regular driving or just on take offs? i have thought many times about getting some, but it seems that they only really help in getting traction on initial take off but once youre driving there isnt much of a difference. i dont drag race or street race, i just want a good handling car. would you recommend them to me?

I love my lower control arms, tightened up my rear end quite a bit. It does help plant the rear end, but my bushings were pretty well shot, so putting new ones in improved my suspension quite a bit. I've got umi lower control arms...see my review here
