I did the torque arm bushing today, what a PITA. I followed the install guide from install university but still took about 4 hours.
If I were to do it again I would definatly take all the load off the rear axle as the arm is a lot harder to move with it loaded.
Also watch out when you remove the retaining bracket, there is a lot of force built up in there. I almost broke my finger and I'm pretty sure I'm going to lose my fingernail from smashing it in between the floor pan and the arm.
I don't know how much of a difference I will see, I didn't feel anything at all while driving, we'll see when I get to the track the next time.
