    Ok so if you go with the weld in type how bad do you ruin the interior of the car form the hot metal? How much of the car do you take apart so as to not melt the carpet? any experiences shared here?

    umm i got the kenny borwn sub frames and they requires alot more welding then most sub frames and nothing is wrong with the interior and didnt have to take anything out if the shop dont suck you shouldnt have to

      All depends on how good the welder is. Interiors have been known to catch fire.

        When the guy did mine I could see him weld a little here, move, and weld a little there and so forth. Didn't stay too long at any one place.

        Experience really counts for this one.
