I would like to put some Intrax springs on my car or maybe some Eibach sportlines, mainly because they offer more drop than the springs that are marketed exclusively for the V6.
Everyone always says the weight difference prevents us from using V8 springs. I was looking on F-body.org and found these specs.
The LT-1 only weighs 71.8lbs more compared to the 3.4. The 3.8L weighs 37lbs over the 3.4. So would this 34.8lb difference in the 3.8 and LT1 really matter? I saw 99bird3.8 posted pics of intrax springs on his car and the back looked pretty low although it was hard to tell about the front.
