I'm waiting on the FFF turbo kit. I have exhaust, and 3300 stall t/c. Mickey tompson drag slicks. I want to break 12's. Do you guys think getting any suspension work would help? Don't know to much about suspension parts. If so. What? Thanks!
well it depends on what you wanna spend.
definately shocks...adjustable if you want to spend that much $...if all you want to do is drag race and arent that worried about handling look into soome drag springs.
anything you can do to stiffen your chassis will help. subframe connectors(get the weld ons not the bolt ons), LCA, STB, etc.
not suspension but any weight reduction you can do will help.....for every 100 lbs you take off you gain .1sec. off the 1/4.
also a stock rear wont hold up to 3300 stall launches on slicks very long. DEFINATELY lsd and gears prolly 3.73 maybe 4.10 since your gonna go FI. new axles.
i know all that isnt really suspension but basic stuff if you wanna see some good times
