Crome wheel weight

how much more would a stock wheel weigh if it were cromed? ive been reading that a stock rim weighs about 19 lbs. how much would the chrome add?

my stock rims were 42lbs with the 235/55R16 and 38psi of air they are 16'non-chrom on a 1999 camaro. Now I have 2000 chrom SS rims and they check in at 44lbs with 275/45ZR7 and 38psi [img]graemlins/burnout.gif[/img] Hope this info is some help to you.

Chroming only adds maybe 0.5lb per wheel if done correctly. It doesn't really add much weight at all [img]smile.gif[/img]
