Different size rims!

I have 17x9.5 inch rims all the way around with 245/40s on them.

I have nittos drags on stocker 16x8 rims the drags are 245/50s I believe!

What would be the result of running the 17s up front and the 16s in back other than the look?

Would it be harmful in any way or hurt my track times?

i have 17" polished WS6s all around. when i go to the track i mount up salad shooters with nittos in the back and leave the 17s up front.

im sure i could benifit from having smaller wheels up front, but thats a lot of work to change all four ;)
