I just got a set of crossdrilled and slotted rotors from NAPA and they are directional, not only does it say which side is which on the box, but it is also stamped on the rotors. What's in the picture is correct, I'd recomend putting them on that way since it is the way they are supposed to be

Why? This way I is exact same except the line go the opposite way. My brakes feel great! And it looks sweet.

means there is a left and right rotor which must be fitted as such. Think about tires for a moment. Many high performance tires are directionally designed because you spend most of your time driving your car forwards not backwards. So it makes sense for the tread pattern on high performance tires to be designed optimally for that direction. Similarly our slotted rotors are also designed for that forward direction.

think of it this way....y'know the tire spikes that you can go over them one way but not the other?...well you have em the other way where your tires are gonna get puctured
i have bears and they go outward. the reason mine go outword is because the venting on the inside goes inward, if the venting is not that way your rotors may over heat and warp and/or crak
