    Can i just upgrade to corvette rotors with out changeing my calipers ,and will 04 rotors fit on a 2002 camaro.

    haha I was goig to ask this, I "think" you can actually do that but I don't know for sure. Leaning towards a yes because I have seen people say they did it.

      NO! The calipers are in the wrong position. You would need custom brackets, which are available from:

        I know the full C% brake conversion...


        I hav ejsut seen in sigs on v8 boards.

        Ls1 calipers, running C5 rotors. I was intrigued by it but never really looked into it. I assume its what this guy is looking into.

        C5 conversion is popular and a better upgrade but slightly pricey.

          I think he is saying you need the brackets regardless of what caliper you go with because the rotors are a larger diameter so you need the caliper sitting out further.

          A larger rotor with a stock caliper would help stoping and brake heat, but a larger rotor with a larger caliper would help stoping even more.
