  • If I lower my car What If's

I still have the stock tires and rims on my 96, but I came up on a good deal on a 1.5 in drop spring set. Will it rub or Will I have to change tires/rims?

    Hopefully I shouldn't have to do anything...hopefully.

won't rub. you'll be fine w/ the springs. I auggest getting new shocks to go w/ the springs just so you still have good travel w/ new shocks.

In my sig I have some stuff about lowering and shocks. If you lower and not get shocks designed for the lower springs you will wear out the shocks very fast and in the meantime have a very bouncy uncontrolled ride.
