  • Drag tires and wheels....

I went to the track last night and had some spinning on my regular old goodyears. I want some drag radials or some type of tire just for the track. What would be a good drag strip tire for a good price and would it be best to just put them on my salad shooter wheels or is there another wheel thats better?

lots of LS1 guys on budgets use salad shooters and either BFGs or nittos... the salad shooter is actually pretty light for a stock wheel.

You might just benefit from buying alot better tire quality like a yokohama, etc. Something more grippy.
