i had to take a caliper off the line to get the piston back in. to make a long story short, i replaced that crush washer and still have a slight leak. i do somethin wrong?

trouble with slight brake fluid leak at caliper and banjo bolt...

I did the same thing when I took the calipers off for painting. I cleaned the washer off, and rubbed some high-temp silicone on both sides and let it dry. Re-installed the brake lines with the "silicone coated" washers, and haven't had a leak since.
*Just be careful not to overtighten the brass bolt, them damn things strip REAL EASY!
