• I got suspensions Q's. What springs for lowering? And what to do about body roll?

I am jsut curious what you guys suggest.

I am not looking to go rediculous pure race setup. One thing I want to do is lower my car a little bit maybe 1-1.5 in.

TOO MUCH WHEEL GAP!

Kind of a dual thing, looks and suspension. What springs? What kind of affordable shocks?(remember money is a big factor so leaning towards takeoffs)

Also jsut curious what I can do to tighten up the suspension a bit and eliminate body roll. I really enjoyed the improvement on my 94 with 32/21mm with stock suspension setup but looking at other things as well.

Body Rolling left
Body rolling right

try getting the 1LE kit that SLP makes. it comes with shocks, springs and sway bars.

the 1lE is for V8, does it fit our V6 well? I was thinking about springs...

Springs will fit but won't fit right, front will sit higher do to different weight of motor.

Also I woudl want something differnet then 1le springs, if I do it a big reason is to lower the car too.

Look at my setup...it lowered my front and you could lower your rear more than I did....my car is drivable and I drive it to work everyday...but my wife hates to ride in it because the suspension is stiff and I don't have bushings in my LCA's or panhard. I really like the stance it gave my car though.

good thing you posted pictures for us... none of us could have imagined what a camaro would look like rolling left and right or what wheel gap looked like!!

Btw didn't you agree to stay out of my posts?

As for the REAL topic, I am looking for a performance gain. The suspension is pretty tricky and you have to balance it out in alot of ways. I have some ideas but just looking for suggestions from others, mainly on springs and shocks.
