I can make out the lower shock mount but I can't tell which missing piece you're referring to.
The rear swaybar is connected to the axle on both sides with bushings and clamps. It is connected to frame brackets with endlinks.
My suggestion would be to get an Energy Suspension kit that replaces all the pieces. This would be an excellent time to upgrade to a 19mm rear bar as well (since the bushings are sized for the bar). 19mm bars came on the V8 models and can be found used very inexpensively.

You see the arm? There's suppsed to be another piece connecting that with the sway bar. I don't know what it's called exactly I remeber the mechanic calling it stablizer something.
I wanted to get it at autozone and possibly out it on myself.97 Camaro rs 3.8
Flowmaster catback
High flow cat

Okay, I couldn't make it out at first looking at the picture but if you're talking about the circled area that is a swaybar link or endlink.
Like I said, might consider upgrading both as well as the bushings at the same time.
If you buy just one they're like $5 at Advance for the standard or $6 for "heavy-duty" which uses poly bushings. I wouldn't mix one stock with one poly though. Front and rear bars use the exact same endlink.

Ok thanks, I think it's also called the stablizer bar link. That's what they're listing them on autozone.
I'll replace it as soon as I can. Was it unsafe driving it like that?97 Camaro rs 3.8
Flowmaster catback
High flow cat

stabilizer bar = sway bar = anti-roll bar
The car would exhibit more body roll in the turns without the bar connected. More body roll = less tire contact so it could be unsafe if you like to take turns fast.1994 Firebird 3.4
15.65 @ 86.8
funkz.net/firebird
Timeslips
