  • Stock V6 Sway to SS Sway

I'm gonna put a 32mm sway bar from the ws6/ss. i have bilstein shocks...do I really need to switch out the springs too?? What rear sway would compliment the 32mm in the front? I want to upgrade the suspension as a precusor to my aluminum header/3400 plenum and turbo work.

I went with a 19mm rear swaybar with my 32mm front, v8 springs, and Bilstein shocks. If you need anymore info, try doing a search here in this section. This subject has been beat-to-death!

My suggestion would be to deffinately get the springs they will make a huge change. As for a rear bar 19mm is what i would recomend if you have 245's for tires and if you do the springs, if you dont have tires that wide or if you dont put in the springs i would recomend sticking with the stock bar till you can upgrade the other components. If you have 275's for your tires you can go as far as a 21mm (again only if you upgrade your springs as well) but i would recomend no further than the 21mm.

(i'm assuming you are looking at the eibach springs for all of the recomendations)
