  • Bridgestones Potenzas RE750 !!!!!

Yesterday I got a replacement tire for my car. This may not sound unusual besides the fact that this is the third tire I replace on my car (I'm glad I got the free replacement plan when I bought them).
For some reason these tires seem to get flat very easily. I've had at least 6 flat tires since the day I bought them 10 months ago. The tires had to be replaced on 3 different occassions because by the time I would pull over (in the freeway) the tire would be ruined already.
I guess I was just wondering if anybody in here has experienced something like this also.

p.s. The guys at American Tires (a.k.a. Discount tires) told me that because of the design the tire pick up a lot of crap from the road and that's how it gets flat. It kind of makes sense.

I use to have the RE-750's I only had 2 flats in the 4-5 years that i had been buying them. Its mostly luck when it comes to flats. When i put on my new BFG's (which are inferior in my opinion to the RE-750s) i picked up a bolt right by the sidewall the first week i had them. Luckily i also had road hazzard and got a free new tire but i would say that you just have bad luck with tires. The tires you have are awesome and i wish i could have had the money to buy a 4th set but i'm stuck with the BFG's which are ok but dont grip quite as well.
