I have a 98 camaro, and I was wondering if Im going to need to put spacers in the rear because the rim is so wide. Also what size tires should I be looking at. I want to obviously have no rubbing, so can someone help?

Well I kinda am wondering the tire size of the rear wheels. Does anyone else have a set of 18" in the rear? And could possibly give me a size that will fit?

275/35-18 should work fine and not mess with your speedo

Yeah, I was considering the staggered Z06 size for awhile and had 255/40R17 and 275/35R18 picked out, trying to keep cost down.
Those are wider than the standard C5 wheels though, so you could use a 275/40R17 and 295/35R18 if cost wasn't an issue. 315/30R18 would also fit the rear but might have rubbing issues.
I have been reading that these wheels arent going to fit under my car because of the offset spacing. The rears have an offset of +58mm. Would 285/40/18 fit?

I have seen them with 315s on them, looks mean, I think they make a part in order to put tires that wide on the back and not have issues...
I got the 17x9.5 ZO6 Blacks for my 94 camaro on all four. I have 275's on them. The tire shop did put on a 1/4 inch spacer on the back, bur I also did a 1.5 lower with H&R springs. Are you stock on the springs? I didnt see the spacer till I was cleaning the rims. I like the way it looks, and am sure they put them on for a reason.
Just a little more sticking out I guess, but never rubs.
