go to www.slponline.com and get the z28 take off shocks, they aren't the top of the line but a big difference from our stock V6 ones.

Z28 take-offs are great for the price under $50 for all 4. They are slightly stiffer then V6 ones. If you have money then Bilsteins HDs are $300. They used to be $400 not long ago so this price is really good.

will new shocks keep my rear suspension from dipping so low on bumps? i rub my tires if i hit a bump too fast and i was wondering if stiffer shocks would help that? im running 1.5" lowring springs from MAC if that helps any
          thanks

Shocks would help a bit by dampening, but that is mainly a spring problem. SLP sells the axle bumper spacers, which are designed to take care of that problem.

Lowering springs must have shocks designed for them or else you'll wear out the shock. You'll also have a uncontrolled ride.
