    is this better than the stockflimsy piece of crap? how do i adjust it though?

    Its adjustable by turning a screw device in or out and locking it in place. I wouldn't consider it necessary by any means, even on a lowered car, unless your axle is really out of whack. Also when you adjust it you must realign the front, since its aligned directly to the rear.

      It most certainly is NOT a "flimsy piece of crap". If you want to improve it get ES poly bushings.

        If your rear wheels are visibly out of line with the car an adjustible phr can fix that. If you can't see a misalignment you don't need one.
