I got my car back from the shop from a wreck back in February, where I spun and hit a guard rail on the rear passenger side of the car. About a month after I got it back, this squeeking problem arose and has been getting ever so worse as time goes on. It's coming from the rear passenger side of the car. At first I thought it was my exhaust hangers squeeking, but after crawling under the car I figured out it wasn't that.
When I'd push the car up and down it makes this squeeking noise, sounds kinda like a cricket chirping. When I'm driving down the road, it's constantly squeeking. I've gotten so used to it that I don't even notice anymore, but whenever someone new rides in my car, they're like "wtf, sounds like a cricket". Anyone have any clue what this could be?? If it is something from the wreck, it's too late to take it back to the dealer, and I don't wanna hafta pay to get the suspension checked out somewhere.
Since it only squeeks when the car bounces (which is constantly going down the road, even the tiniest of bumps makes it squeek), and since I could push the car up and down and make it squeek, I'm assuming it's suspension related! :D
