I don't mean to be a ______ but a man's gotta know his limitations. I'm not expert enough to make that decision, and there are a lot of factors (intended use, wheel alignment, shocks, driving conditions, etc.) involved. Pro racers have to test to choose swaybars, and they change them from track to track. They make big changes for rain, less total bar and much less rear bar.
I know how swaybars work and have a fair bit of information about what the fast autocross guys use. Because of that knowledge and because they're so extreme, I know some combinations are definitely bad (32/21s on stock V6 springs, 25mm rear on almost anything, no front bar).
Here are some random thoughts. 32/19s are used by GM with 1LE springs and by many V8 autocrossers, so that does seem like a bit much rear bar with V6 springs (because of the soft fronts). But GM has to be a little conservative (all those factors mentioned above). I have almost no idea about when the point of too much roll control is reached (causes twitchy handling, especially in wet weather). Soft V6 springs probably could handle some additional roll control. If this sounds confused; changing swaybars is really tricky.
So I really don't know.
