• Good tire in the $100 range

What has been a good tire for you guys in the $100 range?

I've heard some brand of Kuhmo tires worked out well, but I've never used Kuhmo before... my family has goodyear or hoosier tires and stuff like that lol.

Kumho ECSTA 712's are an excellent tire in my opinion. Especially in wet conditions
Dry conditions, mine have a decent grip. I have the 275-40-17's on all four corners.
www.tirerack.com has the best deals out there! It's just the s/h that cost ya'. I've shopped for tires all over the place, and trierack had the best deals.

I will probably buy locally so I have somebody to complain to if something happens, plus the tires place I get my tires from will rotate and balance them for the life of the tire free of charge.

What about Pirelli P Zero Nero M&S tires?

The rating seem pretty good... does anybody have these?

711's or 712's. If you don't do high performance stuff, don't waste money on ballsy tires.

What if I drive very aggressively at times? lol

I am guessing 712's are better?

Not really. The Kumho 711's and 712's are basically a good all-around tire. There are people here that like the 711's better than the 712's.
If you find a good deal on either, don't pass it up.

Agreed, see if anybody locally can get you the Kumho Ecsta Supra 712's! I love them in wet conditions, and in dry they are pretty decent too. If they can get them, ask if they'll stay competitive with national sales on tirerack.com and discounttiredirect.com and maybe that'll help you save money!

I called the place that I get my tires from and it's $432.95 out the door for the 711s!
Thats almost twice the price online...
They don't carry the 712s there, which kinda sucks.

They do warrent the tires up to 45,000 miles!!!!!
