the hole on the cross member that allows access to the nut that holds on the tranny mount might need to be widened a bit..personally i can get to mine without having to do that..but some people do..i also had to use a washer just before the nut goes on..its a great mount and i've never had any trouble with it

The enegry suspensions transmission mount is approximately .5" shorter than your stock one. I would recommend adding a shim of some sort to get the transmission to the original height. Otherwise you will put your pinion gear at a bad angle and possibly cause your rear end to wear prematurely.

Most people do end up having to elongate the hole in the crossmember in order to get the new tranny mount to fit. It's really not too hard tho. I just dremeled mine out.

        Just did mine yesterday,
Yes, you have to get a new hole for the bolt
        tried 2 ways
1st ES mount only - horrible noise/vibration. Had it for a week - same. + at least 1" trans drop - no good.
2nd instead of shims I used stabilizator robber rings on 2 transmission bolts (4 total) No more vibration, trans back to the stock level, much firmer than stock mount
