so I did my shocks a week and a half ago... And I got new tires this last weekend... there is this squeeking noise... I figure it is the shock not tight somewhere so I tighten the top tower bolt.... go to take off wheel... lugs won't come off... so I get into it good and the one lug I was on broke off with the stud inside?.... I am thinking les schwab tires tightened my lugs too tight... called em up and said that they better pay for it, cause when i did my shocks it was fine...They said they would which is cool... you guys think thats the reason(too tight)? so I am driving with 4 lugs till friday...

I wouldn't put too many miles on your 4-lug wheel, but local driving shouldn't be too much of a worry. Just DON'T go taking hard turns with it like that.
The problem with buttheads at tire shops is that they use an Impact Gun with a high torque setting on aluminum rims. They basically spin the lug right into the hole of the rim to the point where you cannot take the lug off anymore.
Once you get the rim off, check to see if the hole on the rim was enlarged from the lug. Make them pay for it if it was because they just ruined your rim!!!sigpic
