I have the SLP bolt in ones... They work great and I have had no problems. I can put the jack on the back jacking point and lift both front a rear tires.. I am sure eveyones can do it, but the fact that mine are bolt in make it a bit more cool... ;)

Its bad.. I have the eibach springs and you scrape the nose worse and the Y-pipe too!! The subframes dont scrape however well at least mine dont but the Y-pipe scrapes going in and out of driveways and over speed bumps..

I have the SLP bolt on's. They are great! No problems. I prefer them over weld in's this way I did not have to weld to the thin metal under the car. To solve the issue of any bolts comming lose just use loctite on the threads. The myth of your bolt holes will become overals is false. If our cars twisted that much we would all be in for trouble. Probably don't even need the loctite.

The SLP's are built like a tank. They are about 13lbs each. So a bit heavy, but the tubing is huge! You do get less ground clearance with these. So don't get them if you are lowering your car. Hope that helps! ;)

The problem with bolt-ins is that much of the stress goes into a small area around the bolt hole, so the sheet metal bends more. The weld ons spread the load over a much larger area.

That said, the differences between sfcs of any type are smaller than the difference between no sfcs and sfcs.

I have some kenny brown dd's, i like them alot. The car feels alot better than without the sfcs. in hard turns, the car moves as one unit. before i got my sfcs, in a hard turn it would feel as if the front would go into the turn, then sometime later the rear would follow. also, i would recommend weld in. welds are much strong than bolts.

Which SFC's are the most stealthy?
So you don't even know they're there.

I have the Hotchkis weld on SFC. I have an RS and I can't see them unless you look under the car. Fit great and really stiffen up the car.

I got some Competition Engineering ones off ebay for about $100 awhile back....they are nice and beefy and I haven't had a single problem with them. There are pics of them on my site.

i have tubular on my car. you can't even see them and they are awesome. my car at work has boxed. i can't really tell a difference in the two, but i've bottomed out on the boxed SFCs before. i probably jump more curbs than you do though.
