1LEs or Rod ends. You probably just need a single rod ended ones. LG Motorsports and Billingsley racing carry them. BMR and Spohn use real cheap rod ends that make noise and wear out fast.

BMR and Spohn use cheap rod ends ? I know that good rod ends have teflon lining to extend life, reduce noise and reduce friction. If you want, buy a BMR or Spohn or any other adjustable thread ended panhard or trailing arm and buy quality rod ends from a good distributor. Jegs has QA1 rod ends in several different styles.

I'm going w/the 1LE LCA's & PHR for my setup (already have the 1LE front & rear sway bars & BMR STB installed). Can't go too wrong w/stuff GM actually designed for autocross & roadracing ;)2001 Onyx Black Camaro M5-Totalled
2005 Ford F150 XLT 5.4L

\"To make peace, prepare for war.\"

I still think for the price, the BMR stuff when used properly is superior to the U-bend steel that GM uses...
But you can't go wrong with 1LE, wheras you can put yourself in a hurt locker with the BMR if you dont know what youre doing when choosing parts.2002 5-spd NBM Camaro

So you want to buy the cheap rod ended LCAs then on top of that pay for another set of rod ends, $30 a piece or more. So that's $30 times 4, another $120 plus whatever the BMRs are. Why not just get LG Motorsports ones?

Are the LG rod ends superior to BMRs? What does LG use? They only make poly/rod combo arms. Their stuff is very expensive :( . Maybe they can charge more because they make better quality parts . I say just leave the stock parts on unless you have very large rear tires or some custom lowered autox car :D . Im sure that the aftermarket suspension doesn't make that much of a difference ;) .

Yes, the rod ends are of much higher quality and therefore more expensive. That means that they will last much longer and be quiet. Everyone I talked to so far hasn't heard a noise out of them. Same goes for Billingsley. http://www.billingsleyracing.biz/ One person here got the LCA and panhard rod and they are noise free. I will take a look at them myself at the next meeting. They have a special now $300 for the combo LCA and PHR. You can pick singe or double rod ends.
