Just scored me a set of 17 inch Camaro SS wheels off of ebay and wanted to know if there is any fitting issues i should be aware of when i install the wheels. Also i was thinking of going with the 255/45/17 tires and im wondering what are some good brands to go when to get the maximum tread wear with the tires.
THanks

yeah i bought some 17 inch 10 spoke ss wheels off a guy on Ls1tech for 225 bucks. I am going to go with kumho escta supra 712 tires size 275 40 17. they are supposed to have decent cornering, wet weather traction, and tread wear.

^^ The Kuhmo's are good for the pirce but thats it, I would only buy them again if I had to. They wear very fast and don't hook up well on dry pavment. They are good for rain and cornering while they are fairly new, that will go down hill quickly.

Fuzion ZRi 275/40/17 = $116 each, Falken (dunno specific) 275/40/17 = $117 each heard nothing but good things about both tires

The Fuzion's are good, I didn't think they would be until I saw my buddy's dad put them on his vette. They do grip a lot better than the 712's.
