Panhard

Only suspension mods i have are lowering springs, and my girl wants to get me something for my car for v-day. The cheapest thing i can find is on LMperformance which is the 1LE panhard with the bushings and it is like 54 shipped. Considering it is free it is fine to throw on the car right, i figure it will be a good mod, for the money right? It won't throw off the handeling balance will it?

yup..then compliment it with some LCAs ;)

I am not worried about traction, i don't have enough power. I would do the STB, SFC, and sways before LCAs.

If you have lowering springs, you shouldn't buy a panhard unless it's adjustable. Since the car is lowered, the rear is bound to be off-center a bit, and the adjustable panhard will take care of this.

^^^^ get an adj. phr since you're lowered. the stock phr is too long when you lower the car and it will shift your rear end to the driver side. the adj one will allow you to shorten it and center your rear.
