Is it possiable to remove tubular BM&R SFC from a camaro 02. I think the passenger side was not welded correctly and I wanted to fix. If u cut the welds out I know some of the original plate is gona get messed up but can I just get some flat bar or 3/16 plate to use. I thank you for your time.

Get yourself a portable grinder, and go to work. No other (easier) way to cut welds.

If you are removing them with a grinder, I'm sorry to say they will most likely be destroyed and you will need to replace them.
Is your frame already damaged?; How long were the current SFC's connected, who put them on, and how can you tell they are out of line?
