whould this rim fit my firebird

i saw this wheel on a website but i need some info if this wheel is gonna look good or not in the car... i like the wheel itself i just wanna know if its gonna fit nice in the car...
19x7.5 5x120.65 offset 35 $319.20 ea
tires : Falken Ziex ZE-502 low profile tires 245/35ZR19 $202 each...
i think im getting a good price... for those... i really like the wheel... is the offset good enough? how is it gonna look like? any1 know??
