gresing poly bushings

all of my poly bushings could use some lube. what kinda lube and where can i get it. would like to buy locally

You can get synthetic grease at pretty much any Advance Auto....

yeah just get a small grease gun with a needle attachment.. you can find that at pretty much any auto parts store..

fill up the gun.. stick the needle between the bushing and the sway bar in a few places on each bushing.. and lube that mofo up..

Energy Suspension recommends blue marine grease for their bushings.

For a quickie, you can spray some white lithium on them. Comes in an aerosol can, made for the door hinges. Waterproof. Will climb into the bushing a bit while it's still wet, after it dries it's there to stay.
