• How Can I Obtain A More Quiet Ride ????

I know our cars a loud inside, but is there any way I can make my car quiet inside?
I just got new tires (Bridgestone Potenza RE750) and it seems like my car has gotten louder inside. I can feel everything on the road. Would my tire pressure have something to do with it? Maybe my shocks are too old now? Will I get a quiet ride if I install SFC/Springs/Shocks?
Any advice will be appreciated.

Dynamatting the inside of the car should give you a quieter ride, or any other sound dampening material for that matter.

Turn up the volume!

but if u really want to quiet the beast, do a rubberized undercoating. add more insaluation in the doors and floors. a real good underecoating will help alot.

Hey guys, I guess I didn't explain myself. I didn' mean to say that it was loud inside. I meant that the ride in my car is not confortable at all. I can feel every single bump or stone on the road, and for some reason it kind of got worse after I had the new tires installed.
I'm sure it'll get better if I change the shocks and springs plus a SFC. It seems like the rear shocks are done.
Thanks for your help.

If you replace them it will get better (assuming yours are bad), if you upgrade them it'll get worse because the car will be stiffer.

If I upgrade something I would think it'll make it better. How is it that if i upgrade my shocks it'll get worse?. Can you explain that to me because obviously I was planning on upgrading them.
Thanks for your help.

Because when you get upgraded springs and shocks, it stiffens your suspension thus by stiffening your suspension you will get a harsher ride. By upgrading your suspension it will make it handle better, but not make it more comfortable.

how about an air shock conversion all around? also, if the replacement shocks are adjustable, they might be set softer than stock. Skip the subframe connectors, it'll keep the body from beig able to flex some over hard bumps. New rubber bushings all around. Not-so-wide tires will ride better.

i dont know anything about those tires you just bought, but i bet they're not the same ones you had before. its probably just the tire. you have to sacrifice a little road noise/quality for performance.

Potenza Re750's are really good tires, i'm surprised you are having problems with them, i would check the air pressure make sure the guys at where ever installed it put the right amount of pressure in them.
