2 of my tires are Falken ZIEX's I like em, I bought two tires at a time, bought the falkens, went back the next week and they didn't have any, so I have 2 falkens and 2 sumitomos.

I've been running Falken Azenis Sports in 245/445-17 on and off (swapping with Kumho MX) for autocrossing and road racing. Unless something has changed, they don't make either to give us an exact match with the 16x8. I went to 17x8 just for this.

The Azenis are one of the best street tires (wear >140) for handling, but they are heavy and the stiff sidewalls mean that they aren't the best for launching on a high power car. They have amazing grip cold but can get a bit greasy when they get oo hot - many autocrossers will spray them down with water between runs.

I'm not sure on the other Falken models, and the current Azenis Sports are being phased out by a new model.

I'm running the 18" FK-451's on all four tires. I think the performance is pretty good. They handle suprisingly well in wet weather too.

I have no complaints, however I only have the Eagle GA's to compare them too, and well, the Falken's are much better I think. Plus the tread looks hot.

                    Best bang for your buck.

F.Y.I I bought my 94 camaro 3 years ago. I live in W.A. state. lots of rain, couple inches of snow each winter. FK-451's on it. Very good tire. Only got rid of it to go wider. Put 12'000 on it with no tread wear. Go for it if you want it. Also look awsome with the forward pattern.

I am running ZIEX and i love them! I got them for a great price and as far as i am concerned for the price i get them i am never going to buy another tire. They are on the frount of the car and they kill the stock tires...the trick is to get them nice and heated before you start to beat on them, the warmer you can get them the better they perform.

I have Ziex 512's and they are the worst tire i've ever driven.

They shake around turns and once they start sliding you have no control. Terrible tires.
