  • road noise and not as smooth as....

when I drive other camaros and get back into mine, it feels like mine isn't ever as smooth as theirs and it has more road noise.

i have 138,000 mile on my car and imagine the shocks are stock, even if they were wore out wouldnt they still be smooth?

do they make kits for re-bushing your whole car?

i have alot of road noise and have to turn the radio up like 2/3 thirds of the way for it to be clear.

    would you trust this:?

Believe it or not, my ride got *alot* quieter when I put better tires on it. I like the first set of springs that you have listed. I still have my stock shox on my 96 Camaro and I'll be looking to upgrade soon, so I saved that ebay post.

yep, tire and air pressure has a lot to do with it. And about the bushings, just regrease them. I know what you mean by that, cuz when my car is smoother when it rains.

not sure if I should go for the 1.75 inch drop. my air dam scrapes as it is. does anyone with slightly dropped cars hate them being dropped from scraping, is there anymore road noise????

do the stock springs wear out or could I just get new shocks and have everything all fine and dandy??

would a 1.75 inch drop make me scrape everywhere??

anyone with a drop, it would be nice to have some feedback with pros and cons if you can. i dont think I want to lower it since i live near a bunch of dirt roads. thanks.

you WILL scrape w/ a drop....but most of it sounds worse that it is since it's the air dam. i say go for it...my opinion is that most of the products are made by the same manufacturers and are packaged by different companies...it's most likely a good shock/spring set....plus the guy's got tons of feedback.

would it be worth it to go for the whole set or should I just go for the set of shocks and struts with no springs.

my stock springs are ok right?

also, how can I get roadnoise down in my car. it so stinken loud in that thing.

also, my friend told me put in an anti sway bar or something like that and it dropped his front end 2 inches. he cut an inch and a half off the front air dam so it wouldnt scrape so much, do you think cuttin an inch from my airdam would cause heating problems or should I be jsut fine?

I'm about to install Eibachs and Bilsteins, and I was thinking of trying to bend the bottom of the air dam upwards towards the front of the car. I don't know if it would actually work, but in theory, it seems like bending it forward a little would make a little "scoop" that would get the air up in there faster once it hits the air dam. Plus the air dam would be raised a little, so maybe less scraping? I dunno, it's just a thought.....

if you heat it up you should be able to get it to bend, otherwise i would put brackets there to hold it at a certain angle.
