I've had my camaro for about 3 months now and it drove like a dream. About a week ago I hydroplaned on the highway and did a 360* and spun off the side of the road into a ditch(no body damadge, I GOT LUCKY). My left rear tire was off the rim when i got out and the Left front had about 2 1/2in of the bead seal broken loose. I replaced both back tires and got the other reseated. Since then my car has not wanted to handle. I took it to my normal mechanic and asked him to check it out and he said all appeared to be ok. I took it to the alignment shop and had it aligned to factory specs and thought this would fix my troubles. Not so. On short drives(under 10 mins or so) the car works and handles fine. But is starts to get worse after that. I feel a strong vibration in the front and and it doesnt want to turn well. When i take high speed turns(mostly left hand ones only)it feels like the back end is going to come around one me. And when im goin straight it is irradic. It will pull to one side and then a few secs later pull to the other. I drove to show my car yesterday and on the way up(1 1/2 hr drive) in the morning when it was nice and cool the car drove great for about an hour and then started to go. Then on the way home it was unbearable. Took me an extra hour and 15 mins to get home cus I had to cruze at about 45-55 or the car would feel very unstable to the point where it scared me. Someone mentioned that they thought cause of the wreck one of the radial belts in one of my front tires may be sepparating and thus causing the vibration... Dunno anything about that.
Any help would be appriciated.
BTW im takin it back to the alignment shop tommorow and to the local Firestone to pay them to do a checkup if i cant get it figured out. I wanted to ask here 1st so maybe I could resolve the problem and save some $$.
