Ok replaced all rotors and pads on brakes. Fronts done no problem. Rear done no problem. Also bled the system completely and put new brake fluid in. Car hasnt EVER stopped like this. Talk about rejuvination... However, at the very end of each stop there is a slight vibration causing a wet-rubber like sound in the rear right.
Anyone know what this is? The pads look securely fastened and I dont think its that since its on the very end. After a couple of hard brakes going foreward and back its still there.
Thanks

hmmmmm you might want to try taking a little sand paper to those pads and see if there is a change. I would go back under and give each bolt another check by hand

Anyone had experience with replacing the rear rotor? I think my problem is I constrained the boot/shoe too much and is not very stable when stopping. I noticed a link awhile back about changing the breaks, was a mod site, anyone know where this is? Will have pics of the project soon if anyone is interested. Below is the list of problems...
1. Tore a wheel stud off. Managed to get a new stud in and a replacement lug nut. -fixed
2. When bleeding the brakes, forgot to keep one side securely placed with pads on rotor. The problem with this you may ask?? The cylinder popped out due to brake pressure and spilled all over my freshly painted caliper. Brake fluid on paint... bad idea. Was a pain to get the cylinder back on, but got it a-ok. -fixed
3. Ran some test runs without securely fastening the front left lug nuts. Hey dude I got a strange popping sound! Lemme think... your wheels shakin a little there buddy! Fastened and no visual harm done. -fixed
4. Sudden thunderstorm hit forcing a whole lotta sand in and all over my car. Luckily calipers where dry. Cleaned up nicely. -fixed
5. This latest problem with the rear rotor and shoe I think. Still researching gonna go over the jack on Wednesday.
I know he's a mustang owner, but he does have a V6 and he helped me out a whole lot. leftlane on site, heh
