recomended sway bars

ok well i was wondering witch sway bars everyone recommends, i was looking at Spohns set 32mm front 22mm rear for $295, but does anyone suggest anything differnt?

There are alot of opinions here, but I already have the 32mm front swaybar, and I'm buying new shocks, 19mm rear swaybar and V8 springs. I'll be installing all of this sometime real soon.
I heard that a rear swaybar larger than 19mm is an overkill and you really won't benefit from the upgrade...especially on stock V6 springs! Do a search on swaybars, you'll find all kinds of info there on sizes.

Suspension is a system. What spring rates, tire size?

Swaybars _must_ be matched with springs. A 22mm rear bar on stock V6 springs is not "overkill", it's flat out wrong for the car. It will handle badly at the traction limit - it's downright dangerous. It's kinda like putting a full race cam in an otherwise stock motor - except that it's downright dangerous.

looking at the hotchkiss swaybar setup, they are somthing like 35/25. (1-7/16"/1") I am assuming that since they developed their own lowering springs, once you combine their lowering springs and lets say Bilstein shocks, that the large 35/25 combination would be safe option?

Im in the process of attempting to shop for spring/shock/sways. I still think the 1" (25mm) rear bar is bigger than I would ever want. With a 1" drop on Hotchkiss springs and KYB AGX shocks I am thinking about using the 32/22 Spohn setup.

When you want to purchase and upgrade the whole suspension system (and not just throw big bars in a stock car) what should one look at to understand what will work well together and what wont?
