ok...i have aftermarket rims on my car which came with the car when i bought it. the rims are 16's. The tires that are currently on the car are Pirelli P6000's 225/55r/16's...i was wondering what the widest tire is that i could put on my rims. i think the rims are the same width as the stock rims. 16x7 i'm guessing?

I wouldn't go any wider than 255/50/16's. I had them same tires on my stock 16" rims, and they fit nice, but they were right on the borderline of too much tire for the rim.

Don't exceed P255/50R16 on them.
With 9" wheels P275 max
