I have gabriel shocks. But I have the air shocks. And its on the rear. It works for me, but if you have the money go with a better brand.

Gabriel Hijackers - LOL that brings back some memories. Namely cutting up some N50-15s when they bottomed out anyway. Do Bilsteins take the sting out of road ruts as well? My city barely tries to keep up with them. Last winter's are still around
zlexiss - those GR2s are low pressure shocks, I take it they still have a good rep? Thx ~ rhodey

I don't have nearly as many problems as I used to. They're not perfect, but I actually think mt camaro's ride is more "comfotable" than my wife's week-old TSX.

I keep seeing people list prices they got for bilstein HDs...

this I believe is the best deal around.

A friend of mine works for an auto parts store and he had a box full of 5 diffrent brand shocks and i remember the gabriel shocks were one of the more flimsy ones.

they cut open all the shocks so the customer can really see whats inside. The valve on the gabriel shocks was real small

For everyday shocks, I've heard they beat out the Monroe's and other basic brands. No, they're not going to be Bilsteins, but for a street car they're half the price..
