1LE deCarbon vs Stock deCarbon

I noticed there are 1LE deCarbon shocks available, p/n 22171227 for the front, and p/n 22182505 for the rear.

The stock shocks are p/n 22182495 front and p/n 10443949 rear.

Whats the difference between a 1LE deCarbon and a regular deCarbon?

1LE are much stiffer. I have them front and back.

Does each part number = a quantity of one shock or two shocks?
