Bilsteins HDs are now $300 for all 4. I would recommend them. I got my 1LE Decarbons back in the day, because the Bilsteins were $400. Now with a price drop I think Bilsteins are a better deal. They last longer too. Even if you get take-off Z28 Decarbons from SLP for $50, it would still be noticable just because they are fresh.

I got the z28 take offs from slp and I've only put the rear ones on and I can tell a big difference. My car had 65000 and my shocks were shot to hell. Whenever I would hit bumps on the highway my car would bounce on the srpings because the shocks just weren't holding my car steady at all. I'm waiting for my spring compressor I ordered now so I can do the front ones. Anyway, ya, I think the shocks will make a big difference, more than you expect.
