Does anyone know if the brakes from a 6th gen Camaro fit on a 5th gen Camaro at all?

No they do not. The lugs are bigger and the hat on the front is different across those generations.
I also believe that the rear has a different offset as well. If you are looking to upgrade your 5th gen Camaro brakes you will need to stick with aftermarket setups.
