I need good tires

Hi,

I still have the original 1996 Goodyear Eagles on my RS. They are crap, I'm looking for something way better. I was looking at the goodyear F1 GS-D3 but they are about 250$ a pop over here. I also don't want to buy tire over the internet because they are going to cost more in the end because of shipping charges and all. What good tires do you recommend, tires that you have experience with. I'm looking for 245/50/16.

I swear by BFG KDW's or KDWS's. the KDWS's cost about $150 a pop here.

i have pirelli p zero nero m&s which according to online research is just about the best all season max performance tire out there for us. the tire is a dream to me. and i know of a few other people that got them after taking a ride in my car. great great great tire

a good tire for the price imo is the firestone firehawks. good all around traction.

Same here. I have KDWS's. They're pretty damn good in the snow, but it hasn't been warm here for long enough to really test them in the warm for cornering. Well, that and my front sway bar's shot so I can't eff with cornering any. lol

I had the Nitto drag radials on mine and loved them about 150 shipped

I don't care for snow traction since i don't use this car during winter. I want a good performance tire. I don't want drag radials since i don't race it that much. It's mostly for driving around, kicking some import a** and corner carving. I don't care for road noise of longevity. I do about 10 000km each summer, so if they last 30 000km, that's 3 years. The yokohama AVS ES100 look pretty good and re cheap too. Might look into them.

Well then I'd say the G-Force KDWs because I've heard they're absolutely kickass.
