Doing my alignment tonight got a question..

Okay car was in dire need of an alignment and a few parts needed to be replaced, so tonight I plan on doing it. I just needed some help deciding where to put everything. This is my toy, so I drive her hard sometimes and mostly around and above 80-90mph in fairly tight corners on the highways. Little fairly constant adjustments don't bother me to keep it going straight, I want my car to cut corners well without destroying my tires too fast, a general medium would be great.
